in most cases it probably does have to make most people laugh

however i beleive this is mainly because of the laughter of the newspeople. I think if I just watched that person falling down replayed I wouldnt have cracked up right now. Still would have been nice to see though.

yeah the anchor's hysterical laughter does the trick. the fall in itself is not as funny.
