firstly before you go about installing anysoftware install the latest chipset drivers, motherboard drivers (if theres any) video card drivers and sound card drivers, then goto windows update and get the latest updates (apart from service pack one if you got a pirated copy of windows as this does a check on the serial number, all the other updates dont) then u can install some software!
for mp3s i use winamp 2.81, video i use winamp 3 ( i dont use winamp 3 for mp3s as it takes a bit of time to load), imm sure fly will install some nice download manager for ya and games really is down to personal taste! |
