my first vinyl was mirco de govia - epic monolith.
& the people at ideal recs (penrith) were so helpful and friendly. it was a pleasant experience :) |
Those people are freaks. Everytime i go in there i feel like they are watching me cause im too normal or something, and when i ask to hear some prog or trance they like stare me down, while some raver looking drug freak is playing weird ass hardcore rubbish in the corner and there are kids my age sitting on couches doing nothing. :nervous:
But my first Vinyls
Paul Oakenfold - Southern Sun (Tiesto Remix)
Push - Trazey State of Mind/The Legacy (S & G Remix)
Balearic Bill - Destination Sunshine (Tiesto Remix)
65+ vinlyls later I'm still going strong. And I havent got a proper job yet, and I havent turned 17 yet :D |

hahahaha!
well when I went there they had only been open for a week, and they needed all the customers they could get! It was really quiet- these guys were just standing around looking bored. I walked in and they looked kind of excited to have a customer, hahah!
They call uplifting trance "fluffy"..but nonetheless there was this one (hot) guy there who likes trance, and he gave me a ton of vinyl to listen to and recommended CDs.
although, I haven't been back since then :p |
