Hey J_Spot, don't know if I'm suppose to post in here so if I'm wrong, just move it...
1st review of the party:
Tall Paul showed why he is my favorite DJ!!! One of the greatest sets ever!!! Some of the tunes he dropped were: Viframa - Cristalle (Katana Vs. Precision Remix), Kansai - Rococco, Camisra - Let Me Show You (to end off the night), Fergie - Bass Generator, Marco V - Simulated and my favorite... WARRIOR - IF YOU WANT ME!!!!! Flawless mixing and great technical skills... I love when he scratches! Hatiras was very original... for his live set, it was basically him spinning while he had a guy playing bass and singing which was very cool. However, I think I was expecting sounds similar to Space Invader or because he was following the Tall one, I was a bit disappointed with him. The Moonshine and Moontribe guys I didn't like at all... very proggy, no rhythm, all the songs sounded the same, not impressive at all. The rest of the DJs were pretty HARD, and I mean HARD!!! Brisk/Stimulant DJs were very fast along with the battle room pretty much all night... not my thing at all.
Security was pretty good for the most part, venue was awesome as usual except the carpet became a bit more of a problem this time... I don't know why. Very good # of ppl. Not at cap, but enough that the mainroom was jammed when Tall Paul was on. All in all an amazing night!!! Hope everyone who went had as much fun as I did. Cheers!
