Strange sleeping habits

For the last couple of weeks, I can't seem to get to sleep unless I've watched
a) The film on BBC1 (always one on late at night, and they're all pants)
b) BBC News 24 Global Business Report (even though I have no interest in global business).
Anybody else go through anythign similar? |

| wen i was livin in uni halls every thursday was indian movies form bollywood and i cud never goto sleep without watching them all till gone 4 in the morning, weird i know. imm just glad i havnt got cable or sky as id never get any sleep |

yup, i used to do the same thing spad, watch the crap movie then onto news 24 lol
nowadays i have cured the global report addiction
i simply dont have a TV ariel.
now i have to fall asleep to watching whatever dvd i shove in the machine.
it's weird, i can not fall asleep unless the telly is on.

| ^^Same here, a nice dose of five always helps me to sleep, though its not that good they finished sex & shopping now. Have to wait until fridays for the "erotic drama":p , normally starring Shannon Tweed, and featuring the words Instinct, Seduction, or Innocence in the title:) |

i could never go to sleep without the tele on.. i was also always watchin news 24 lol... but anita got rid of that. she cant sleep with the tele on...
now my problem is cured! |
