Well after looking around for a while, forums etc, I am pretty sure I can tel you that GU is not bankrupt. Basically they denyed it and they said that although the music industry is hard going at the moment, and they are not profiting bigtime, they are not bankrupt. If you ask me someone is a good story teller that said they were bankrupt.
So we will see 024 and 025. 025 is being advertised on Amazon atm.
Deep Dish - Toronto, should be another blazer!

"As 2003 started, the future for Global Underground did not look good as Administrators were appointed and the company's future fell into debate and rumour on message boards and websites across the globe, with the release of Nick Warren's GU024 caught up in all the issues. However news has come today courtesy of GU themselves to tell us exactly what is happening. Read on:
Global Underground is pleased to announce its first release since November 2002 which will be GU024 Nick Warren Reykjavik, due out on March 17th and features tracks from Ulrich Schnauss, Boards of Canada, Vector, Starkid and Atlas.
Deep Dish follow up their award winning GU021 ‘Moscow’ CD with the highly anticipated ‘Toronto’ mix album due out mid May. The release will be accompanied by an extensive world tour.
Danny Howells is set to launch ’24-7’ a brand new series for the label in June together with Sander Kleinenberg .Steve Lawler will return later in the year with his second installment of his groundbreaking ‘Lights Out’ release which will be accompanied by a massive US tour.
Global will also be releasing their 2nd DVD entitled ‘Transmission 002’ in August with intimate film portraits of their DJ’s together with a 20 minute visual travelogue and an extended ‘Afterhours’ movie.
Also in 2003 GU will also be hosting arenas at some of the worlds best dance events and festivals starting on Grand Prix weekend on the 9th of March in Melbourne Australia with the GU arena at the legendary Two Tribes festival with DJ’s Sander Kleinenberg, Dave Seaman and Layo and Bushwacka ! Global are set to return to Creamfields again this year in August following on from last years outstanding performances from Sasha, Deep Dish and Lee Burridge on the GU stage.
All in all a very busy year for one of dance music's leading players. . . . "
