HELP! Miss Mel's set from Altitude Xmas...

SQ-K
At the bottom of the inthemix.com.au homepage, there's a selection of streaming live sets. Miss Mel's set from Altitude.Xmas is there, and I reckon it rox. Track selection's quite nice, mixing's just ok. :)

However, there's a fair few nice tracks that I can't place. Anyone wanna indulge in an hour and 20 mins of sweet trance and help me sort out a tracklisting? I'll update this post as I listen.

1. Kirsty Hawkshaw - Fine Day (Mike Koglin Remix)
2. ID
3. ID
4. Agnelli & Nelson - Everyday [12" Mix]
5. Binary Finary - 1999 [Paul van Dyk Remix]
6. ID [sounds familiar - TUUUUUNE!!!]
7. ID
8. Art of Trance - Madagascar (Ferry Corsten Remix)
9. Taiko - Silence (Unknown Mix)
10. ID [very 'happy' track]
11. ID [nice strings in the breakdown]
12. ID
13. Silverblue - Do You Know (Blue Sky Remix)

I've done a pretty crappy job here, haven't I? That's why I need your help :).
