now that i know that there are not going to be any good trance events coming up this year i thought that i would ask the question " what was the best event this year ?"
Basically we got a choice of:
pvd @ Home
Two Tribes (Picotto, Tiesto, j00f etc)
Godskichen @Gas ( AvB, j00f)
Ministry of Sound @ gas (Ferry Corsten, Tall Paul)
my favourite would have to be 2 tribes, the combination of a huge crowd and awesome sets by j00f, tiesto and the lizard man blew me away......man that tiesto set was top notch e
however i think that the corsten, avb and pvd sets were just as good but 2 tribes offered more
oh yeah ....please do not tell me about how i forgot to mention dj's like dj Sammy etc because i have purposely ommitted their names for a reason - THEY SUCK !!!!!

| Its close between Two tribes and AvB@gas, I didn't get to go to PvD or Ferry corsten so I'll say probably AvB , absolute mint, taking nothing away from Two tribes. |

I loved TT, but for me it's gotta be Godskitchen at Melbourne Park. 5000 people and Armin van Buuren at the absolute peak of his powers. Simply magical.
Oh, and the gig in Melbourne the week after that when he played Communication was pretty good, too. ;):D |

For me two tribes in perth. Great to lose my clubbing virginity. Atmosphere was awesome and tiesto's 3 hour set was insane. Shame i stood at a balcony all night not really getting into the music heaps.
After two tribes would have been Gatecrasher. Mario Piu sucked balls, however scott bonds 2.5 hours is probably the mix i have most enjoyed this year. However, there was no where near as much atmosphere as two tribes. But still a great night
Then ill vote AVB and Joof at godskitchen
Ferry at ministry
and finally
Paul van dyks set in perth. Ddnt like it that much at all. |
