Sweet, DJ Morgan!!! I'd check this one out for sure if I knew I could get there.
DJ_Shockwav
i'll be heading to this one, as long as my boy B-Boogie comes through with the guestlist :)

...and I'm still looking for something to do $30+ seems a bit much for the amount of nobody's playing (no offense if that's anyone here)
Thracky
Well... even if "nobody" is playing at a 16+ event because of the lack of booze sales they gotta jack the price up.

If you're looking for something 18+ it's not much cheaper for new years. The only electronica related event I even know of is the Emperor's Ball being put on by Def Star. Mike Downey is the only worthwhile dj there tho... I love his stuff. Other than that sounds like it'll be typical calgary club fare with r&b and like that.

When is calgary gonna get a decent electronica spot? =P
j_spot
the warehouse is a decent electronic spot..but for the last 2 years, nobody went to they NYE event, so they are having an industrial/goth night this year.

No more Dave the Drummer, Chris Liberator acid techno NYE for us. :whip: :whip:
