easy, place 1 x egg into a saucepan and fill with cold water until the water nearly coveres the egg completely.
Then (trick of the trade) light a match, let it burn for 5 seconds, and then stub out the flame and place into the saucepan, this stops eggs from cracking during the boiling process. After the water starts to boil, set a timer for anywhere between 3-4 minutes depending on how you like u egg cooked. Tip away the boiled water, and cool the egg for 5 seconds with cold water, chop off the top, break the top yoke seal (to stop the yoke from still cooking and going hard) and then u have a perfect boiled egg :D

I just stick a pin in the bottom to let the air out so it doesn't crack, then slap it in a pan and leave it for 10 mins. I prefer the yoke being mushy/hard rather than having runny :nervous: |
