Being from Vancouver and now studying in the Toronto area, I know both cities very well, and all I can say is
YEEAAHHHHHH!!!
I always knew that Vancouver's the most beautiful city and I've had countless arguments with my toronto friends on which is a better city, well now they can kiss my ass! :haha: See those torontonians try to defend their city. Its hilarious :D |

btw did you bother reading the whole thing? Its not about quality of life, but more about how easy it is for strangers to establish themselves in a given city...
... if it was only for the quality of life I wonder if that many Canadian cities would be in the top 10, if any... |

the music scene in vancouver sux, i would never live there b/c i'd never get to see my fav dj's..esp pvd
if you're into trance, TDot and NyC are the places to be!
