I don't really see how talking to Scott Audio (Although he is personal friend) will help in starting a trance night. He's very busy with his own agenda and he already has his own nights on thursdays and fridays,,, so I seriously doubt he'd have any interest in starting / helping start another night. Don't get me wrong,,, I'd love to see another night in Vancouver that promotes the same kind of music that we do,,, especially on a Saturday ;-) But honestly,,, people in Vancouver don't give a . That's what it comes down to really,,, that and the lack of venues. Who know maybe and hopefully things will change when the clubs can stay open later :toocool:

well....club 23 west is available on thursdays now...
i think a trance night only really works well as afterhours....trance and booze arent exactly compatible...
but ideally, a trance night,the last friday of every month at a club such as the rage or maybe lotus would be wicked...
have good residents and once in a while bring in a bigger, maybe even a dj whos playing saturday in seattle..or at a twisted party....
anywho, i'd invest in flyers, postes and promotion, and book a club for one night if they'd be up to it........is the rage even open anymore...i think it's a good location...close to everything, how much would an afterhours/rave permit cost??

| I wasnt saying to get scott to help promote the night cuase the man had a really full plate as is. Im sure though that he could give some one some good insite into what it takes to hold a regular night and create a scene in vancouver. |

so broken thursdays didnt work out eh?... i spun there.. not surprised, but that's tough.
