I was kind of disapointed with this event although the tunage was absolutely top quality.
You can't blame the weather on the organizers and it would've been awesome without the rain but, WHERE WERE THE ING TENTS?
Anyway, back to the music.
I went there to see Jimmy van M and Christopher Lawrence and they were great. What really impressed me was when they teamed up for about an hour. I danced my ass off. Then Mike Downey came on with Nicky Miago and they probably made my night. They played such a great set. It was bangin from start to finish and the crowd was going nuts in the rain.
All in all, the weather was bad but I'll remember it for the music which was probably the best I have ever heard at a party.
Unfortunately many people will remember how badly organized it was, where does that leave Nexus? |

well, I heard this is the last nexus party. Which is sad, cuz Ive never been. And after I heard about the weather, im glad I didnt go.
Really, who tries to throw an outdoor party @ the end of September? you are asking for problems.
But if it wasnt the last nexus party. And the next one is indoors, I would like to go. Ive heard nothing but great things about all previous nexus parties (and until I hear more info from nexus as to why tents werent up, heaters werent on, why there was so much cow etc) I wont say anything about their organizational skills

Musicwise it was a great party but the set up and organization was horrible |
