well their is a program out for the PC. called Jdoom. Someone made a program so you can use any 3D card to run it...and it looks 10x than it originally did...check out the screen shots..new lighting fx that was missing before...
check out the transparencies....awesome

definitely looks more modern :)
speaking of doom....doom III....*drools* omg....OMG...OMFG. lol. sorry. but yeah...if you haven't seen or heard anything about it yet, log on to gamespot or any gaming news source and check it out, especially the screenies. you'll see what i'm talking about.

hahaha, 1600x1200 @ 450fps LOL...btw grab the model pack & the hi-res textures too, the models aren't anything special...but i think they're far more enjoyable than the extremely blurred sprites that come standard :):):)
...definitely gonna get this running at the next lan :D:D:D
