In Asutralia how much should I pay for good needles and cartridges. I need some new ones and I thought you guys might have a better idea of the Aus market rather than them on the DJ Booth.
Whats good/bad?
I need something that isnt too expensive but good! I'm on a tight budget! |

| You can get the black concords at sanity dance arena, (i go to the one in bourke street) for $140 ish but check the specs on the ortofon site first to see which one you want. I love the concords, damn fine carts. I also use a pioneer cart which is pretty nice and not quite as expensive as the concord (also has a better frequency response range, but the tracking isn't as good) 6mc i think it is. The ortofons will last you for at least half of forever. If you want something cheaper i know lot's of people who use stanton 500al's which seem to be ok and cost half as much as the concords, the don't seem to last as well though. |
