I guess it means no pants with the crotch at your knees, no 35 lbs silver chains, no ban-aids on your face (like Nelly), no NBA apparel, and no ballcaps that aren't centred on your head (like those people that have a hard time reading the instructions on where ballcaps).
Basically it means that you should dress appropriately for the event, and not like a jackass wannabe thug. |
