Well.. Rather than going with the MX try to find a GTS or PRO.. I had one and it was great.. I sold it though, extremely cheap :( $35usd.. and it was an Asus board too :(
If you have a few extra bucks.. get a Radeon 8500.. I have one and it works perfectly, no driver problems like everyone says.. Don't get it if you have an older computer though.. Your CPU will hold the card back.. |

| um well MX cards tend to be lower priced, but generally they are not great for serious gaming... u should be able to find a radeon 8500 or geoforce 3 ti 200 for not that much and they should be significantly better... www.pricewatch.com |

Dude try to buy the best possible card you can afford!
The problem with video cards is they get outdated very fast and all the new and cool games use lots of VPU power so my advice is at least go for a GeForce 3 or ATI 8500 so you can play the new games coming out.

i just got a geforce4 4200 with tv out for 145 bucks no shipping at newegg.com
i wouldnt buy an mx... its like buying a celeron versus a pentium. youd be better off getting a regular geforce3 over a geforce2 mx, if you dont want to spend much |
