There is a mid ranged percussion that comes in at around 0:11 that doesn't sound like its on the same groove template as everything else. Does anyone know what template that perc line is using?(if any...)

more swing. thats it. Wouldn't really call something that repetitive ie 1 quarter note a groove template. Just regular hard quantizing here.

It's not the ticking sound.

It kind of sounds like a rimshot and it's 2 bar pattern goes like this:

---x xxxx --xx xx-- x--x xxx- --xx xxxx

the part that is doubling the main synth line ? Same deal. everything in this track is hard quantized.

it's the +2 3clk quantize, gives that nice bouncy feel.

What kind of setting is that? I've never heard of it.

It's not doubled though. It's a really low sound that is only present in the mid range. ~800Hz - 2k

in ableton you can extract the groove :) it will be for the entire clip but it will be a good starting point for you. warp it then right click "extract groove"
