I get nervous when just my girlfriend and her wine glass gets within 5 feet 19503 well my "equipment" would be those monitors (the ones i end up with), my laptop macbook pro, and my TV so im not really afraid. the laptop is insured and it will anyway be in clamshell mode inside my desk using a TV and wireless mouse/magic trackpad so its practically impossible to even get close to. the speakers should be able to handle tough situations though caus the volume knob will be avaliable for everyone. maybe i should get some PA instead lol. remember this is my livingroom more than a studio. i still consider tannoy passives.
