How many ppl are buying tickets in advance?
TaurusNYY
So Im a first timer but looking to go crazy like all of you but would be hell of disappointed going and not being able to get into places because the line is too long or they sold out.

So how many ppl are buying tickets in advance and do you recommend it? I guess it would be cool to know exactly what your doing - but it would suck if you hear of something new and they feel like you cant go since you already pre paid? Any thoughts?

We purchased tickets to the events that we were most excited about (i.e. Nic and Joris at shine, my fav 2 DJs at a venue I've heard nothing but good things abiut). It turned out to be a wise idea because I think we mights still be finalizing some things and making some changes to our sched.

Buy ALL tix in advance, you don't wanna get stuck paying WAYYYY more money at the door than just purchasing it online.

Sometimes door prices are less cuz they don't have a surcharge but it won't be the case for ANY WMC parties. Plus you don't want to take a chance of not getting in certain parties.

Best/safest bet = online.

-edit- if you buy them and something else gets announced you can almost always sell it on here or @ the door to someone trying to get in.

great point people- damn dance music lovers are really the best cant wait to party with all of you.

you might pay 20% more at the door, you decide if it's worth it to presale

after presaling way too many parties in previous years i have made a decision to pay the extra money at the door this year

more flexibility

Are there any parties that are pretty much impossible to get into without a presale ticket?

Probably the smaller venues will be harder to get in with out a ticket, like Set. Mansion and Cameo will be tough to get in after a certain time.

Space will always have room, because they always want your money. I've heard crazy stories of insane amounts for thier afterhour parties.

Oh,and Juicy Beach, always better to buy tickets before hand. The price at the door I think last year was like $80.
