Step 1: Download and install.
Please download and install this Youtube Converter Mac program and then you will see the follow interface.
Step2: Add YouTube video files, set output format and location.
Click ¡°Add URL¡± button, and paste the URL of video you copied from video information section on YouTube. You could add more than one video and also get good downloaded and converted video quality and fast converting speed.
Then you could select the output format from the down list of ¡°Convert to¡±, if you want to play the video on iPod, please select MP4, if edit on iMovie, you¡¯d better select MOV. Note: if you just want to download YouTube video files without converting them into other formats, just check ¡°Only Download FLV File¡± option from the drop-down list of ¡°Convert to¡± under ¡°Add URL¡± window.
After download and conversion, you could transfer the videos into your iPod, iPhone, PSP/PS3 etc.
Useful tip: Using Proxy
If you need to surf online with proxy settings, please return to the interface and select ¡°settings¡±, then you will see the follow panel. You can check the option: ¡°Using proxy¡±. By default it is the uncheck state, not allowing being written. Check the option and you can configure the proxy. You need to type in the related information in five boxes. Choose the type of the proxy from the drop-down menu. Write address, port, and type in the username and password in the boxes. Then the proxy will be set successfully.

I had just download the free version of windows.
I recently purchased the new iphone and was trying to convert my video with other software but the quality changes, as well as the softwae is though to use.
By seeing your steps I think it is easy to convert and have a good quality as well as customer feedback.
I had not convert any of the file yet but do it soon.
