Hello Melbournians!

Kellyboop
And hello to all the other Australian TAs as well :p

I'm moving to Melbourne in about 10 days from Cairns (originally from Toronto) and was curious about good places to go and hear house and techno? I've heard excellent things about the music scene in Melbourne and can't wait to experience it :D
Tranceilvania
It depends how underground you want it. Melbourne definetaly has the best to offer for any taste though.

Not really into the big, flashy, mainstream clubs. Prefer the smaller venues that usually tend to carry a wicked vibe and good tunes :)
pkcRAISTLIN
i hear DJ Tathi plays some penetrating house & tech @ the hot chocolate palace.
Aesthetic

Think Brown Alley, Darkbeat, Sunny events. You probably know Sasha is playing 20th Nov. ITM forum is probably more informative for the type of music you want !:)

Sunny, Darkbeat and keep your eye out for a small crew/party called The Clarity.

Those are some of the best underground party's in melb.
