In Canada there is a drastic need to reign in the budget.
Government spending under the Harper Administration has
been reckless and disadvantages Canada in the long term,
this spending added with provincial debts amount to over
$100 Billion in overspending which will take years to pay
off. This was when Canada was a decade away from repaying
its debt. There is a looming baby boom crisis as boomers
are set to retire over the next 10 years, and an increased
demand for health care, which will amount to over 50% of
tax revenues under the current system.
A system of national debt reduction and long term strategic planning
is critical at this stage, and the current administration plans to run a
deficit, which has already exceeded $60 Billion at a federal level for
5 more years. We must reign in the spending and develop a national
strategy to avoid the catastrophic demise of the Canadian economy
, already in its early stages under Harper.
On top of all this we must insure LOWER TAXES, and further
deregulation of the economy, to give Canadian business and
individuals the chance to save, grow and spend. Without these
measures we will not give individuals as great a chance of success,
approaching their retirement, at a time when the system won't be
able to support everyone. A laissez-faire approach is needed now
more than ever, and Harper and his so called conservatives don't
cut the mustard they spread it in a fowl vaporous mist in the bowels
of parliament.
It is now we need to change the way we see taxes and the way
we see reasonable government. We need to set up personal
repayment based on birth year, so that peoples personal debt
load only accounts for their years as a citizen. We need to give
everyone a their own taxable debt repayment amount that they
are accountable to repay. As soon as the amount is paid off they
no longer are obligated to repay the debt repayment, and instead
gain 50% interest of debt saved. This gives an incentive for
individuals to contribute to debt reduction, as the earlier they pay
their personal amount off the sooner accumulated interest debt is
removed. Once this is done we can finally get rid of the taxes
imposed on individuals because of World War One, a war very
few if any people are still alive to remember, yet we still remember
the tax that didn't cut the mustard then, and still doesn't now.
Individuals who had social insurance and cpp paid into have
files which are kept open showing their debt savings. each year
after the debt is paid off, a bonus is returned to their next of kin,
or paid into their next of kins debt reduction for their next of kins
personal amount. We also need to hold over Social Insurance
program to be repayable this same way, so that individuals who
received social insurance in the past, have a personal tax
obligation to repay it, and this should pass on to next of kin.
We need to let younger people help, not only in the ways they
now are but expand fields they can help in, like seniors. Be
this things they historically have helped in like lawn care, but
also for household domestic chores, and if volunteering
doesn't meet the demand we have to let them work. There
should be reasonable safety limitations on this, but Youth can
work in meaningfully gainful employment, and contribute to
society, without taking advantage of them, anymore than adults
are taken advantage of by the wealthy. In this respect we must
remove the Minimum age that a SIN card can be gotten.
Allowing child labour legally for paper routes, lawn care or
others where it doesn't contradict school hours. GST rebate
to minors who have a sin card and file their taxes.
Also there are some things that slow down our economy,
such as speeding tickets, with newer technology and safer
vehicles, and safer roads we should increase speed limits on
some roadways, and this is something we need to do to
enable transit of important goods to be done faster and at
lower costs. We need dedicated speed lanes built to insure
safety of drivers at high speed. We should invite Free trade for
goods since we will be producing less but we should protect
our natural resources and not whore out our domestic enterprise.
We need to invest in not only green technologies but also
robotics to make up for the to be dwindling labour force, as
a means to create productive viability phased in, in a meaningful
way. Either businesses make these enterprises or the
government should set up a crown corp to address the
demands that will exist within Canada.
There are many cost cutting potentials the Harper
Misadministration has neglected, and spending on partisan
propaganda has to be brought to an end from public funds.
This is one form of government waste that must be reduced by
reasonable government. Furthermore, official government
colours should not be usable by a partisan party in part or
whole.
The clutch is that the Harper administration is spending money
recklessly it doesn't have. We need to make a law that
government may not spend money it does not have. In any
deficit spending must be raised by special tax levee.
Government may draft a "fund raising fund" rather than
special levee of all the public. Which can be instituted for
a specific project. These special levees would be tax
deductible/write offs come tax time for those who contributed
to them. These special levees would only be able to be raised
by consent of parliament. "Not per see a spending bill" but a
one time special measure or floor motion which would enable
the government to raise and open the fund held in the bank
of Canada, via an amendment to the finances act or similar
legislation.
These measures in addition to those proposed previously, in
which no flip flops have occurred, unlike Harper
Administration proposals filled with lies and complete
reversals regularly, need to be brought into force. Support
of National Sovereignty should be not only in words but also
in action, and in an intelligent not needlessly
wasteful way. Canada should be for Canadians not a small
minority that reaps billions of dollars in gains at the cost of
the taxpayer. Raise funds for special projects from those
they benefit not from the masses, or on the backs of their
children. Canadians don't deserve another decade of
personal servitude to reckless government spending of
yesteryear, that has all but evaporated today. Canadians
deserve responsible government something the Harper
Misadministration has yet to deliver. We must stop the
Harper Misadministration from selling out the public
person again to the creditor, not another day. It is not only
the health of our children but the health of our parents and
ourselves that is on the chopping block. We will only be free
from the Tyranny of Harper and his goons if we are freed
from the chains of debtor enslavement brought about by his
policies. Our children will be born into servitude without
constructive reasonable government. We deserve responsible
government, not being sold out to the creditor. I can't accept
being a Canadian under his policies and I can't accept
needing to call him a leader when he is a conman, not a
conservative man. I'd rather be the clown than the
conman at the circus tent that is parliament,
and I'd rather vote for a clown than a charlatan, at least
I'll be amused rather than pick pocketed.
The maxim should be that Parliament can pledge nothing but
the public estate; and it can have no public estate except in
what it derives from a just and proportioned imposition upon
the citizens at large.
We deserve JUSTICE AND FAIR REAONABLE AND
RESPONSIBLE REPRESNTNATION NO MORE
