interesting idea, but far from original. i don't think this project is going to come to fruition anytime soon. what a shaky market to even suggest a fully privately funded project of this magnitude. and, once they get it built, they are relying on 80% of their income to come from entertainment and real estate??! BIG RISK...
and whoever said hurricanes and weather brings up a solid point. this thing would be constantly under repair. |
