Hey gang...I am oving to Vancouver in the next couple of weeks. I have a job working with the winter olympics and I will be out there for at least 4 months.
I like to hit the dance floor every couple of weeks...I have looked at event listings and I think I can be quite happy out there.
I am a semi regular at Guvernment in Toronto...if any of you know the club...please let me know which club in Vancouver I might feel the most comfortable at.... |

Nothing similar out here. Lotus or Red Room are good to go to. Celebrities on fridays you can always find a touring DJ but it usually gets pretty packed. |

nothing in vancouver comes close to the Guvernment so you might be a little dissapointed.
but we got good clubs like celebrities, red room,the gorg, and a newly opened after hours. |

Just keep an eye on the event listing thread for touring DJs. Otherwise, as other have mentioned, there are regular nights at a few local clubs like Lotus, Red Room, Celebs etc.
What kind of music are you interested specifically? |

I like all kinds of EDM....from trance to techno to proggy....house...big electro...
I like a variety....
