Hey guys,
I am looking for some recommendations on good clubs in Vancouver. I usually only go to trance shows so I don't know really know what's out there. My birthday is Oct 18 so I was planning on heading out to a club on Saturday (Oct 17) with a bunch of friends.
Which clubs would you guys recommend as good venues? I would be interested in the music they play too as I don't really like Top 40 or any of those things and would much prefer trance, but I doubt that will happen on a random night so I think the most important thing is to have a good venue.

| I don't go casual clubbing much, so the best I'd have to say is redroom, which is at richards and water street i think. Music was house both times I went. |

Thanks for the recommendations! Red Room is looking like a possibility as they have "electronic dance music" on Saturdays. Could you tell me -- was the music they were playing any good? Trance would be awesome but if they play some good house that would be cool too.
I'm not sure the Shine thing would work as I was hoping to go out Saturday night. But thanks for the suggestion!

| I used to go to red room about 4 years ago and remember it being pretty decent. But that was 4 years ago, hopefully its still the same 8) |
