dear little friend of mine is wanting to pick up a copy of ableton, not knowing if she will ACTUALLY be using it in future - but just wanting to play around to see.
i dont think it really matters if its 6, 7, etc... but not the light/LE version which doesnt appear to be very helpful for djing with the limitations? (please correct me?)
anyway, she has a little macbook so i dont know how robust it needs to be to run it, but i doubt its gonna totally die if she is just mixing...
anyone have any suggestions?

edit - the WHOLE point is to not obligate her for the pricey one, but see if someone else is trying to unload an old version, or one they have just never used.
im mostly a Logic girl, but dont really wanna part with my copy of ableton hehe, so i'm asking around! :) |
