A lot can go down, and often does, in between one sunrise and the next. A mere 9 months into the year before 2009 comes to an end, DJ Reza strode atop the globe, preening and coveting his 'party-rocker' moniker to endless crowds and taking the SNS imprint beyond its home base in the Entertainment capitol.
Saturday Night Sessions rolls into the Fall season with a mini-tour across the states; kicking off its monthly residency at Avalon Hollywood with the return of Steve Angello and Montreal's Franco Fabi on Saturday October 3rd. Angello returns to the city of plastic dreams from The Dark Forest of the Swedish House Mafia's Summer residency at Pacha in Ibiza this past Summer; as the torchbearers of tomorrow's (ass-wiggling underground anthems, techy grooves, dark big room breakdowns) all blended with a sort of eurphoric vocals--resonating from the Spanish isle rinse the dance floors on this night. The SNS jefe DJ Reza is going in for the kill with his underground/overground overthrow to this night that's already selling out to capacity.
And from the stars to the rockies of Colorado, SNS returns to Beta Nightclub in Denver to shift musical plates for a special event presented by Beatport. Feeding their appetite for organic party-rockin' beats being served by the limitless sounds of DJ Reza on Saturday October 17th.
Then as the wind blows and leaves fall, DJ Reza touches down in the windy metropolitan city of Chicago on October 24th at Spy Bar; one of Chi-town's most exclusive establishments located in the heart of the River North neighbourhood. Expect a well programmed and thoroughly cohesive infusion through the evolving SNS sounds being captured along with residents Kalendr & Infinity.
Saturday Night Sessions returns to Los Angeles to resurrect the House of Horror stage again at this year's 12th edition of Monster Massive at Los Angeles Sports Arena for what is the big bang approach to the ultimate SNS experience. Featuring BBC Radio 1's Pete Tong headlining and Felix da Housecat returning to his throne as the Electroclash king. Crystal Castles in all their glory plus James Zabiela, TV Rock and the ruling closer DJ Reza aims to light the night on fire!
Never enough of glitz and glamour, a short flight to Sin City for SNS at Perfecto Las Vegas on Saturday November 7th inside the Palms Casino & Resort. Dirth South will musically cue-up for a blissfull set with DJ Reza underpinning his own offering at one of the most esteemed venue in Las Vegas.
It has been a non-stop year for Reza as an artist and DJ, 2009 has proved to his loyal base of fans that he's no one-trick pony by playing out almost every weekend since 2007. His original productions and remixes are countlessly added by a whole new generation of Dance music purists on the many social networks.
And on Saturday, November 14th Avalon Hollywood is proud to present DJ Reza in a headline performance for Saturday Night Sessions. Never seizing an opportunity to connect with the young and the restless; Reza armed with sheer passion and nerves of steel; the party-rocker seasoning up a set that's sleek, sexy and sophisticated like you'd never heard him before.
Still full of sand and sweat from The Love Festival in Hawaii this past July. SNS ends it's fall tour at Pipeline in Honolulu with Double-O-Spot. Featuring Donald Glaude, DJ Reza and G-Spot on Saturday, November 21st. This 16+ event is sure to strike a great balance of hooks and clubby beats across the board.
