Call me a grandad but over the past few months due to lack of quality these days I have been looking to the past for games/films/music...
One thing that cropped up was the gamecube, is it worth getting?? Seemed to have a few good games on.. Any reccomendations? |

| Gamecube has a few gems, but only a few. I got a Wii for DLing good old games, and playing Gamecube games, and playing a few of the good Wii games that've come out. |

| Basically only played Metroid Prime, Zelda: Wind Waker and Super Smash Bros Melee when I owned my gamecube. |

| The Gamecube, while not the best Nintendo had to offer by any means, still had some quality going for it. When I had one, I was all about Resident Evil (the remake), Eternal Darkness, Super Smash Bros Melee, Super Monkey Ball 1 and 2 (classics!), WarioWare, Viewtiful Joe, Mario Kart Double Dash and Metroid Prime. And I know there's a few I'm forgetting. |

Eternal darkness and f-zero were my favourites
mario sunshine was ok too
others weren't that good or i didn't try.
still, i enjoyed it more than the xbox i bought |

| Metroid Prime and RE4 are must haves IMO. |
