| Still have mine. Its a timeless system, way ahead of its time. One thing though is I thought your system had to be manufactured before October 2001 for it to play burned CDs. Mine was made before this date so I can burn and play CDs without any modification but I thought systems made after this date required some sort of mod. Can anyone confirm? |

Mine is release day purchased, but if that's the case, I know they have a boot disc that will do the trick. Should be downloadable as well. |

Do you have PS3? That game is currently available as a demo in the PS store and the full version is releasing soon. |

Probably the last console I was enthusiastic over... after its death, gaming just hasn't been the same, for me. |
For some reason, I completely agree, though I am not certain why. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the Dreamcast came around when I was like 13-14, so all of those early teen memories are bound to have good vibes, but it sure does seem like the last truly "fun" game system to rise and fall was the Dreamcast. Gamecube gets a lot of props for being just a fun little box, but I dunno - things just weren't the same by that time. :/ |

agreed, though I never owned a GC. I have obtained a bunch of the better GC releases and play them on my Wii. I was surprised to find I had missed a bunch of gems. |
