The 3000 is now modable..but not completely. Apparently you need to reboot it a few times for the custom firmware to load. The 3000 generates some random number every time it reboots designed to make it hard to crack..but people recently did it. It just takes a few reboots to get it to load properly. I'm willing to bet Sony learns from their mistake and makes the PSP Go impossible to crack. Better grab a 3000 or 2000 while you still can. I posted a hot deal on the 2000 below on the forum..It's still available for $112 shipped from Dell. |

The 2k is fully moddable, with no weird issues like serveral reboots to get it working? I don't know too much about the psp mod scene. |

i just dont see the attraction of playing on a tiny screen with outmoded games. i grew up with tiny screens, monochrome graphics and games with 2 buttons. i see no reason to revisit my youth. give me monster televisions, surround sound setups with full keyboard mouse support thankyou very much.
