| I know this is a gaming forum and all, but i just need help on changing something on my computer. Can somebody tell me how to make it so that when you shut down the computer it automatically shuts down with out having to press the button?? Stupid windows xp messed up my computer.... |

ya, u need bios support for shut down
look for an "apm" setting in bios to enable i think should allow for it

| no, i didnt want to mess around with the bios...if you can give me a simplier way to doing this thanks again. |

well, have you tried to format your harddisk and then re-install windows? |
