Room for rent---roommate sought-Bay&Dundas

Hello fellow TOTAs,
I am looking for a roommate to move into the spare bedroom, and i figured this might be a good place to find someone compatible. I apologize in advance if my post is not purely music related.
From a craigslist post:
"Mature and responsible 28 year old male looking for someone to move into spare bedroom, March 1st preferably, but possibly April 1st depending on perceived compatibility. My current roommate moved out, and I’m looking to fill his spot. Partly furnished. 2 bedroom + solarium apartment on 14th floor of building. $700 per month, including hydro, cable, and internet. Just a few blocks west of Yonge & Dundas behind CityHall. A/C available and laundry on-site in the building. I’m offering a sub-letting lease with two month termination notice, unless you need to get on the lease to get a parking spot.
Looking for someone who is serious with their goals and ambitions, but also knows how to have a good time, as long as it's kept for the weekends as much as possible. I work 9-5, and I don't mind if you work late, or if you have the same hours. I plan on going back to school for a master's in about a year's time, so like-minded and motivated people are a plus. I did Kinesiology at York, so I try to stay active. I love the raptors, and tolerate the leafs, heh.
I'm looking for someone who is committed to sharing the apartment, and the chores that go along with it. I'm not a neat freak at all, but I’m not a pig either.

is this a condo building? is solarium occupied too (I'm guessing not)

it's not a condo ... it's a toronto community housing corp building at chestnut and dundas ... 1 street light west of bay st ... i suppose that's why the price is right ... the solarium is not occupied, it's just a chill-out/workout room ... also, if any of you know of friends that might be interested, please let them know ... esp if they're at ryerson or u of t downtown---you can't live much closer for that ... anyhow, lemme know if you have any other questions ...

How do you figure, does the guy do laundry once a week and free sandwiches every 3 hours? |
