Hi guys,im about to buy a new Pc equipment, and i wanted to know which one of these processors(Intel 2 Cuad 6600 or Phenom X4 9950 BE)i should get,since im looking forward to getting more serios with production.
So which one should i get? / Are these even OK or would i need to get a better one? Ive been through tomshardware and stuff alot but there nver says "if you are looking to produce music with your computer, these are perfectly fine"

| well most audio software writers tend to write/favor/recommend the Intel chipsets, though AMD makes fine CPU's and I'm partial to them. I have had no issues whatsoever with an AMD machine for production work. It really shouldn't matter, so go with whatever fits the budget. |
