Trying not to sound to nasty here but civilians get shot everyday on our streets, yes it is very sad and disgusting but it really isnt anything that doesnt happen over here. |

Can you imagine what would happen if every US soldier were charged for the innocent civilian that they caused the death of?

The difference is that soldiers in Afghanastan are there to protect the civilians. |

I find it even more disturbing that a "civilian" would drive an axe into the head of a Canadian soldier that was giving aid to a village. |

None of the news stories I've seen provide any details of what happened.
and regardless, he has yet to be tried. Charged does not = guilty. |
