I know RE4 is highly rated and has a huge fanbase, but I never got the appeal.
What's so fun about enemies rushing at you, then coming to a halt two feet away from you, and wandering around aimlessly so you can blow them away? Just watching that first video, it just seems so ridiculous the way the enemies behave. Like REALLY REALLY bad AI (even though I know it's intended to be like that). |

EXACTLY... There was really not much to fear in RE4. The hoard always stopped dead 5 feet away from you so you could pick them off..
not like the zombies in the RE remake..who swung, chomped, and bit your ass as soon as they got to you..

I played it for ps2, it's true they do stop half way but i ing loved the suspense, if you know spanish you would notice the monks say something very creepy

id say the opposite lol i thought they went downhill after the first one re2 was probably one of the most over rated games i really liked number 4. |
