It seems to happen alot, definately more fequently than other sports, and always during matches.

FIFA has managed to keep details about this hidden from the public. But the truth is some players are actually given a blowjob just before each match, for endurance purposes on the pitch. it is controversial and that's why FIFA doesn't want the public knowing about this.
