well i think past ones have been a little over rated i didnt think vice city was that good gta 3 was better really liked san andreas though. I will get gta 4 in a few months or something see what its like it be good fun. |

I've been playing since the beginning, when they used the top down view. San Andreas was my favorite. Everything fun about San Andreas is gone in GTAiv. I had no desire to explore the city. I just did my missions, occasionally I did the side stuff, like dating. The story was okay and I just think that the genre is getting tired. It's the same thing over and over and over. |

yeah but valve always update their games there will be plenty of updates for this in the future probably be much bigger game.
Team fortress 2 was $50 when it first come out i think originally it only had 3or4 maps theres more than enough out there now. |

People have said that GTAIV doesn't have nearly the replay value of San Andreas. But its hard to knock R* for that when they did such an incredible job with the visual detail of the game. Basically, comparing IV to San Andreas is like comparing San Andreas to GTA3; IV is the beginning of a new era for the franchise, and the following sequels will add a lot more content that will make people want to explore the city a lot more.
I didn't buy GTAIV (lack of money, not choice), so I really haven't played the hell out of the game like everybody else. It's hard for me to see it from your perspective since I'm sure you've done everything you can do and are now pissed because San Andreas had a lot more life in it. |
