It means:
I cannot generate the energy or the enthusiasm for such a task. I cannot be bothered. Best abbreviated as "cba" when you can't be arsed to write it out in full.
It is one of my favourite British phrases, I cba to explain why :D |

A lot of them we do, yes.
Can't be arsed is one of the most common phrases in my vocabulary, mainly to do with the fact I'm a lazy bastard :toocool: |
