im just screwing around with virutal dj, and want to know if i can listen to the other track that im trying to mix in on my headphones while having the song that is playing though my speakers
my laptop only has the microphone and headphone/speaker inputs

You need a second (external) sound card in order to do that. Likewise, the program does actually give you the option to hear the song that's currently playing on one channel and to preview the next on the other channel (i.e. one comes from the left speaker the other comes from the right). |
