I remember there was a big hoo-ha about this place maybe 18 months back as "Melbourne's next big entertainment precinct", and was supposed to contain some club with 5000 person capacity.

I've driven past a few times (Montague St, near the Westgate Freeway entry and round the corner from Motel) and seen all the signage up, and construction looks like it has been completed for some time, yet I've never heard of anyone going there or seen any events advertised as being held there.
What's the deal? Is it open? Anyone been?
