Contact lenses

I got contact lenses last week for the first time ever. The doctor put them in for me, told me to wait a week, then try to take them out. Well, after 30 minutes, I finally got them out, and now I need to put them back in. This is gonna take a while...:mad:
Anyone got any tips? Every time the lense touches my eye, I blink. |

| Look to the side, place the contact lens on the white of your eye and slowly slide it over. |

| put the lense on the top of your finger. don't insert it like you're gonna go digging deep in your nose cave. i use both hands to open the eye completly, and then attach it in a direct line onto my black, soulless gateway into my skull |

Great tip, you don't need to touch the eye with your fingertip, just let the lens sit on the eye by it self. |

I just tried again. I looked straight ahead, then looked up, tried to put it on the white of my eye, but it got caught on one of my eyelids and turned inside out. At least i had it fully touching my eye with no problem. |

So it's soft?
Ok for putting in, put on your finger tip. Then just point onto your eye.
Point onto your eye (the contact i mean) then move your finger down and it will crinkle up so you can easily pinch it off. |

when i was a kid i used to stick my finger up my eye and touch it, now i can wear contacts like a pro |

You don't actually touch your eye only the contact lens really. |

| I've had maybe 3 different sessions today of me trying to put in my right contact, and i just can't do it. It's not that I can't touch my eye, it's that I can't get my damn eyelids out of the way. I have kind of a broad forehead ridge, so I can't just pull up on my eyebrow like I see other people do in the videos. It's my upper eyelid that is the problem. If I can get it out of the damn way, i can put in the lenses dammit!!:mad: |

| If it's a soft lens it's tiny. You shouldn't even need to pull your eyes open. just point and shoot. You must be missing it or something. |
