Any idea why this CUE sheet wont work?

I get an error in both Nero and Roxio Toast when trying to load up this CUE sheet below. Any ideas why?

Check some of the times. If I remember correctly it should be mm:ss:ff.
So, minutes:seconds:frames. You have those correct, but if I'm not mistaken frames can't be larger than 74 (75 frames per second starting at 0) and at least two don't conform to this:

Yes, I was about to post that. Change those to 08:16:00 and 12:48:00 respectively and it should work ;) |

here's one that i know works

edit the names and tracktimes and you're good to go |
Nero says that the error is on Line 1

| fixed, the automatic url thing put the end before the brackets, and yes you need to fix your times, as already posted, there's 75 frames per second, 0-74 |

Thanks for that, its all working now :)
However, for some reason when I import the CD into iTunes it doesn't pick up on the track titles or artist information.
Any reason why this is? Obviously I have named everything within the cue sheet itself. |
