Hi guys,
I live in the UK at the mo and was just wondering whats it like in Auz for trance as ive been meaning to come down there. Im also a dj and would love to carry on djin in Auz if possible, things have started to get really good for me in the UK, getting to play at the almighty Passion soon and gatecrasher afterparty and many more gigs. I was hoping to come down next year sometime, was just curious about the scene.
Any info would be greatly apprciated.

It's reasonably strong in Melbourne at the moment with a few different crews running nights in various places.
Future Entertainment will be starting "Infinity" at QBH shortly, which will run weekly, playing progressive and uplifting. Future also runs random, yearly events such as Godskitchen in October, which attracts 5000 people.
"Stargarden" is a weekly Friday night event at Viper Room which is quite popular.
The Interview crew runs more infrequent parties at such venues as Miss Libertine's and Brown Alley, focussing more so on psy-trance than the traditional kind.
Just keep surfing this part of the forums and you will be well informed on what's coming up, it's always posted here well in advance.
You will also find events in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth, but as usual Melbourne leads the pack. |

yea melbourne does lead the way
ive never been overseas so i cant compare to anything else really... however i think its pretty sweet over here
Every now and then you have a let down but mainly everything else is really good |

| yeh dont come to sydney there are too many fluro elctro/house fagots, hardly any trance at all. |
