Pearl Jam tonite in CHI

Slimmpickens
Ok, so the real Pearl Jam is not really playing in CHI tomorrow nite... but since I have your attention... come check out something a lil bit different than what you're used to doing...

I have been booking local Chicago bands to play at a venue that help support with marketing efforts: Deja Vu. (no, not the strip club... we hear that all the time)... Deja Vu is great little spot in Lincoln Park where we've been booking live music there every Friday night, and will soon start branching off into doing live music a few other nights a week.

Anyway.... Why am I telling you about this?

Well, I put together a kinda last-minute booking for this Friday
(tomorrow), that also happens to be a pretty whip-ass Pearl Jam cover
band!

They're called Given 2 Fly, and they'll be playing at "the Vu" Friday
night.

Here's the details:
-Doors open at 9pm
-Band goes on around 11pm
-They will play a 2 hour set of some of Pearl Jam's greatest songs
-$7 Cover, goes directly to the band, not us
-$3 call drinks, and $3 St. Paulie Girl drafts all nite!

I know all of you are lovers of electronic music, but more-so of
simply music in general.
Come check out a great cover band that will totally rock out songs
from a band that shaped so many of our youths: Pearl Jam, baby.

Some interest has been shown by some of you i've spoken with in person.... Come out and join the party!
And.... you'll still have plenty of time to go get your clubbin' on,
after the band's done playing.

Feel free to hit me up with any questions.

See ya there!

Cheers -

Fun Fact: I have a Pearl Jam tattoo.

like, the strip club? just kidding.

I wouldn't call myself a "fan" per se but I do love several of their songs.

it's actually RJ's birthday but he's too timid to say anything.... so come out and wish him a happy birthday at Deja Vu!!!
