from what i read i think you went to the sunday show, tiesto's mixing was certainly not spot on. sure it could've been worse but really he nearly trainwrecked one (then for some reason left the way out hihats going for aaages) and yeah, struggled with another mix or two.
but that's tiesto...you need to expect that standard when you see him to avoid disappointment.
i tried my best to ignore his mixing but its rather hard to :P |

i dont remember c sharp! ..and he did play airwave first nite!
either way, mad party - enjoyed it a helluva lot more than i expected to!
his mixing was pretty decent on the first nite, only one or two times his transitions started to slip but he didn't trainwreck anything..
still, for a top ranked DJ you'd expect a perfect set though.. armin played 6 hrs last year at the white party and i dont remember a single slip. |

Looked like a sick party, not my kinda trance but this event has reminded me of how massive some of the tracks tiesto does actually have, would have been good to go but i chose the Foo Fighters that weekend
Is it a new venue we can use in the future more and more?
how did the time thing go, it was early in the evening and over by 1. I reckon the atmosphere would have been awesome because of this. If he played from 2-6 then i bet half the crowd would have been useless. My fear for a 9 hour Armin. |
