Well I actually think big DJ's that play smaller venues draw a lot of the Top 40 mainstream crowd. I saw Deep Dish at Ultra on a Wed and Oakenfold was at some lounge in Vancouver (forget the name) on a weekday as well and lots of people there were just dropping by after work in their suits and people that would typically stay away from Guv showed up. I personally think there is less energy at these smaller venues. People just sit around with their drinks or hang out by the bar. But Armin is Armin!!! |

Actually Armin prepares his set beforehand, he knows what he wants to play and when, not saying there is no 'improvisation' in the set, but it's pretty much pre-planned. |

Hmm iuno about that, I read in a recent interview that he usually picks the first couple tracks to play then go on from there... |
