Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to throw the event we wanted to bring you on the 18th. Phil is no longer coming to Canada, and some other issues have come up.
HOWEVER, we've brought something we think will be MUCH more awesome in it's place.
the THUMP Meet & Greet! - FRIDAY APRIL 18th, 2008
We're throwing a THUMP meet & greet! That's right, guys. Present at this event will be the THUMP roster. We'll be here to discuss amongst each other our goals and objectives - as well as providing a night of cheap entertainment for YOU - the lovers of hard sounds.

THUMP (TORONTO HARDSOUND UNDERGOUND MUSIC PRODUCTIONS) is the name of a new Toronto collective and promotional group. We will be throwing events, however this isn't our exclusive purpose.
What is THUMP?
To bring unity to Toronto DJs/
We believe there should be Unity in Toronto's hardsounds scene.
To build a brand that will be respected by promoters, DJs and partiers alike.
We want T.H.U.M.P to become a name that's recognized by partiers and DJs alike as being of utmost quality. We want to set a new standard for events that we throw and which feature our DJs
To promote DJs involved in playing hard dance music.
We think it's essential that we support each other in this scene, and that is will help bring unity. By going to each others shows, posting each others mixes in blogs, and standing behind one and other.
Hold promoters accountable when doing business with our DJs, by acting as an agency for our collective.
We refuse to let our DJs get shammed by promoters and club owners. If a DJ doesnt want to deal with the club/promoter directly, they will be able to refer their services to THUMP. We'll work as a mediator to ensure artists and promoter needs are met, at no fee.
Provide promoters with the best local talent for electronic music and club events.
We insist on providing the best of the best. With a stacked roster that's made up of a Who's Who' of toronto hardsound vets and the best of the new - THUMPs talent will be sure to please with not only their skills behind the decks, but with their professionalism in business.
