Here is my mini-review I posted in the original thread for this event:
Well, it really is true. Sander can do no wrong and excels at kicking every other DJ at getting you to dance your ass off. When Corsten came on, it was like we were suddenly in cooking class making puff pastries! His style is so much softer than Sander's and everyone seemed to, rightly so, be longing for Sander to come back. I can only imagine what a >2 hr Sander set would be like.
I actually went up to the terrace when Corsten came on and the house music was OK, but I just ended up leaving because after Sander, I honestly couldn't stand Corsten and just wanted to go and drive with Sander tunes on my IPod. It may sound like I am gushing about Sander, but he just is THAT good.
Also, especially after attending the Metropolis event last night, illuminates how Space has its together, at least for WMC. From the time i got there, to the time i left, I found every Space employee to be professional and courteous. I was also in in 2 seconds at 1:00PM with my ticket.
PS: I just kept thinking to myself that the Space sound system is so good and balanced that you could play the Pee Wee Herman soundtrack on it and it would almost be better than listening to Sander on any other system....Not quite, but you get my drift. |

the reason I went to this was for Ferry, and it was so boring I left an hour into his set. |

| Sander was awesome! I couldn't believe he came back on at 7am! that was insane, he totaly nailed it after David Padilla. A nice surprise for all those who were unable to get upstairs. |

Holy shiites!!! You're toying with us, right??? ...but there was no way I was going to sit through Ferry's set and the terrace wasn't my cup of tea, so I had to leave... |
