My guess would be that these cops are really digging into something deep here.
This goes beyond what we had previously thought...
Organized Crime is one thing, but evil magic? That's unheard of...
I used to think so too, but one of my sources tells me that the truth behind all the COZO raids lies in underbelly of the city, where evil magic does exist!

Police Units caught wift of a plan to overthrow Canada's Government and replace it with a beastial VooDoo Guvernment.
I'm hearing that their plans were to monopolize the market, and turn this city into a land full of clones. Clones of what you ask?
Clones of the electrocrunch.

| its pretty basic. cz is known as a drug haven. u keep busting the place and u ruin the club, and nobody wants to go their anymore because they feel theyre gonna get arressted/ club dies/ no more drug haven. |
